STAG：自体劈裂厚度

在医学尤其是生理学领域，“Split-Thickness AutoGraft”常被简写为STAG，以方便书写与日常使用。该术语的中文译名为“自体劈裂厚度皮片”，通常指从患者自身其他部位切取的部分厚度皮肤移植物，多用于烧伤修复或创面覆盖等临床治疗场景。

Objective To compare the difference of wound healing quality of composite skin grafting consisting of xenogeneic ( porcine ) acellular dermal matrix ( PADM ) combined with micro-autograft or split-thickness autograft of skin.
目的比较异种（猪）去细胞真皮基质（PADM）与自体刃厚皮、PADM与自体微粒和同种异体皮以及自体微粒皮加同种异体皮覆盖烧伤创面后愈合质量的差异。
Conclusions Laser micropore PADM can be prepared with the aid of laser punching technology, and it can play an important role in improving the wound healing quality when cografted with thin split-thickness autograft.
结论激光打孔可制备激光微孔PADM，其真皮基质与自体刃厚皮复合移植可提高创面修复质量。
